Registration
01
Online registration is required
...and is completed right here on the SBVolley website.
03
Please register early.
There is no fee to register online, and we don’t require club memberships - this keeps the series accessible and encourages new players to jump in. Registration also helps us plan divisions, pools, and scheduling.
05
No-show policy (important):
If a team registers and does not show up without notice (the evening before or earlier), they may be added to a no-show list and could be removed from future tournaments if a waitlist of dependable teams exists. We understand there may be special circumstances - those will be handled case-by-case.
02
No payment is collected online.
Teams will pay in person at check-in the morning of the tournament. We do this to keep costs down and to avoid the hassle of processing refunds if a team has a last-minute conflict.
04
If you can’t make it, please notify us.
A quick email or text the evening before (or earlier) is all it takes to withdraw.
